Applicants: Art, Craft, Food, Performers, Corporate Sponsors. Please include two photos of your work and one photo of your booth display to be considered for approval. Each space is 10' x 10'

Two separate checks are required for processing.

Space Rental Fees: Payable to GMA
Admin Fee: $15 Payable to SIK Promotions
Returned Check Fee $35

Corporate Sponsors: Call 727-322-5217 for specific information.

Artist/Crafter Fees: $100, Deadline July 1st. After July 1st ~ $150

Non-Profit Fees: $100, Deadline July 1st. After July 1st ~ $150

Resale/Retail Fees: $150, Deadline July1st. After July 1st ~ $200

* When requesting a "corner" or "paver" (15x15) space, please include an additional separate check in the amount of $25 made payable to GMA. Requests will be granted on a first come first serve basis.

Food Vendor Fees: $225, Deadline July 1st. Applications will not be accepted after July 1st. *Each space is 10' x 10'. Applications must include photos, complete menu with prices and copies of  permit/license and insurance. Approved Food vendors must name the City of Gulfport, Gulfport Merchant's Association and SIK Promotions, Inc. as additional insured, and must also complete the Gulfport Fire Department application.

Performers:
*Application must include a press kit. Approved Performers and Buskers must provide a Certificate of Insurance naming the Gulfport Merchant's Association, SIK Promotions and Your Total Entertainment as additional Insured. All street buskers are expected to walk in the parade at 6pm.
