July 4, 2013 - 4th OF JULY CELEBRATION

JULY 4TH CELEBRATION (Paver Event)

Thursday, July 4th, 2013 - 2 pm to 10 pm

Applicants: Handmade and Personal creations only.

Fees: $35, Plus $15 application fee.

Performers:
*Application must include a press kit. Performers will not receive compensation for July 4th performances; however, an application must be submitted, and approved, prior to performance. The application fee is waived for performers.

Include Application Fee: $15 Payable to SIK Promotions
Returned Check Fee $35
