19th ANNUAL SPRINGFEST - Garden Art & Faerie Festival

Location: Clymer Park - 5501 27th Ave. S., Gulfport, FL 33707
Applicants: Faerie Theme - Art, Craft, Garden Art, Renaissance, Medieval, Food, Performers, Corporate Sponsors
Applications must include three (3) photos of work, one (1) photo of outdoor booth set up and a one page statement describing the technique, materials used and any other creative expression of the Artist’s work. (Artist Bio)
Applications will be reviewed by committee. A waiting list will be established in case of cancellation. Alternates will be made from the wait list at the discretion of the Committee. Confirmation or rejection of acceptance will be sent via e-mail and will not be given over the phone without prior written confirmation.
Display: We ask all exhibitors to decorate their display with a faerie, fantasy, medieval, renaissance or garden theme. Sold goods do not need to be themed; however themed vendors will take priority. If you do not have a photo of your themed display, please send a detailed note describing how you plan to decorate your space. Decorating Ideas…Photos

Make Space Rental Fees Payable to: GULFPORT CHAMBER OF COMMERCE
INCLUDE Application Fee: $15 Payable to SIK Promotions
Returned Check Fee $35
LATE APPLICANT? You can waive the late fee by making a product donation for performer appreciation.
Art/Crafter Fees: $75.00. Deadline March 15th. After March 27th $100
Themed Retail Fees: $100.00. Deadline March 15th. After March 27th $125
Food Vendor Fees: $200.00. Deadline March 15th. After March 27th - $250 No Concession Trailers Please. Applications must include photos, complete menu with prices and copies of permit and insurance. Approved Food vendors must name the City of Gulfport, Gulfport Chamber of Commerce and SIK Promotions, Inc. as additional insured, and must also complete the Gulfport Fire Department application.
Charities: Inquire about availability - childrens charities will take priority
Corporate Vendors: Request Sponsorship Application Deadline March 1st.
