SIK Promotions will be switching to an Online Festival Vendor Application Process in the near future. ALL vendors are encouraged to register NOW to be ready for the change.

APRIL 6 & 7, 2013 - AQUA MANIA FESTIVAL

AQUA-MANIA ~ 2nd Annual ~ Theme: Jet Ski Competition, Water, Beach, Summer, Water Races

April 6, 2013 - 12pm to 4:30 pm & April 7 10am to 3pm
Attendees: TBD

Gulfport Recreation Center: 5730 Shore Blvd S, Gulfport, FL 33707

Applicants: Art, Craft, Retail, Food, Performers, Corporate Sponsors. Please include two photos of work and one of booth display to be considered for approval.

Booth Requirements: Each space rental is 10’ x 10’. Exhibitors must be self-contained. Access to power and water is not available.

Space Rental Fees: Payable to Gulfport Area Chamber of Commerce

Application Fee: $15 Payable to SIK Promotions
Returned Check Fee $35

Artist/Crafter Fees: Handmade and personal creations only ~ $100

Resale/Retail/Single Item Food Vendors: Mass produced items or items not made entirely by you or by hand and SINGLE item food vendors. ~ $200

Food Vendor Fees: Snack Vendors Only ~ $200

Application must include photos, complete menu with prices, a copy of a Food Handler’s Permit and Certificate of Insurance. Once approved, Food vendors must provide an Insurance Certificate naming the City of Gulfport, Gulfport Chamber of Commerce and SIK Promotions, Inc. as additional insured, and must also complete a separate Gulfport Fire Department application.
