SIK Promotions will be switching to an Online Festival Vendor Application Process in the near future. ALL vendors are encouraged to register NOW to be ready for the change.

Holiday Marketplace
December 7 (2-7pm) & 8 (10-5pm), 2013
Set up: Saturday 12pm
Location:
15004 Madeira Way, Madeira Beach, FL 33708
Applicants:
Holiday theme, fine art, fine craft, children’s activities
*Applications must include three (3) photos of work or product, one (1) photo of outdoor booth set up and a one page statement describing the product or technique, materials used and any other creative expression of the Artist’s work.
Applications will be reviewed by committee. A waiting list will be established in case of cancellation. Alternates will be made from the wait list at the discretion of the Committee. Acceptance information will not be given over the phone prior to written notifications.

via email –November 7, 2013
Artist/Crafter Fees:
Early Applications postmarked by October 7, $125.00.
Applications postmarked after October 7, add $25.
Resale/Retail Fees:
Early Applications postmarked by October 7, $150.00.
Applications postmarked after October 7, add $25.
Commercial & Corporate Exhibitors:
Food Vendor Fees:
$200.00 each 10 x 10. SPACE IS LIMITED.
Applications must include photos, complete menu with prices and copies of permits and insurance. Approved food vendors must name the City of Madeira Beach and SIK Promotions, Inc. each as additional insured.

Performers:
*Application must include a press kit.
501c3 Charities:
Early applications postmarked by October 7, $50.00.
Applications postmarked after October 7, add $25.
501c3 children’s charities only.

Returned Check Fee:
In accordance with Florida law, all Returned Checks will be assessed a penalty of:
- $25.00, if the face value does not exceed $50.00
- $30.00, if the face value is more than $50.00 but does not exceed $300
- $40, if the face value is more than $300.00
